Gail Czech, President is the founder of The Creative Network Inc. Gail is a seasoned direct marketer with more than 30 years of industry experience. She has had a successful and accomplished career, holding senior level sales and marketing management positions in companies within the creative industries.

She is known for her ability to build and motivate winning teams and develop innovative business programs. She is a notable industry speaker, enthusiastic marketer and a powerful leader with a proven track record. She is a true entrepreneur and someone who appreciates the need for premium talent in the Art, Craft, Gift, Office products and Home Decor Industries.

Gail is a founding member of the Marketing Recruiting Network and is an active member of National Personnel Associations, having also served on the leadership council of that association. In addition she has been Chairman of the Association of Craft and Creative Industries and most recently has retired from the Board of Directors of The Craft and Creative Industries.

Jessica Goursolas, Vice President, joined The Creative Network, Inc in 1996. She specializes in the consumer products industry and her expertise encompasses virtually all functions of the consumer products industries; this includes both multi-billion dollar corporations and smaller entrepreneurial firms. She has completed assignments in the marketing, product management, branding, product development, art and creative direction, sourcing, sales, marketing communications/PR, design (graphic and industrial) and general management.

Her success is evidenced by her ability to fulfill client hiring needs throughout the country and internationally for positions as diverse as VP Marketing, Product Manager, Brand Manager, Art Director, Sales Director, General Manager, Sourcing Director/VP, National Account Manager, Product Design Manager, etc.

Jessica received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Illinois. She is also active with professional associations that include the Marketing Recruiters Network (MRN), National Personnel Associates (NPA), and previously with the School, Home, and Office Supply Association (SHOPA).
